How to get started
- Visit www.wtve.net and select Elevate Internet from the drop down.
- Click register to get your account setup. You will need your account number and the last name as it appears on your invoice.
- When you register, you’ll set a new user name (the email address you enter) and password just for your TV Everywhere account. This is different from your Elevate TV account information.
- Next, check your inbox for an email message with your watch “TV Everywhere” activation link. Click on the link to complete the registration process.
- Once you’re logged in, you’ll see the list of networks* available to watch on the go. Click on the network you’d like to watch. If the network you picked has its own app, you’ll be directed to download that app on your device. Otherwise you’ll be taken to the network’s website to begin watching.
*Availability of networks is subject to the content provider AND the Elevate TV package that you subscribe to. Not all channels allow for out-of-home viewing.
