Elevate Internet Commemorates 15,000 Customers with Community Challenge
Elevate Internet is thrilled to announce it has officially connected 15,000 subscribers to its high-speed fiber internet service. To commemorate the milestone, the locally-owned broadband provider has launched a community Strava challenge, inviting participants to run, walk, bike, swim, or hike a total of 15 miles during the month of August 2024. Participants can join the challenge on Strava for free and track their miles, share progress, and be entered to win prizes.
“Our challenge aims to bring the community together in a fun and healthy way, encouraging movement and fun among participants. Whether you are experienced or just looking for a new way to stay active, this challenge is perfect for everyone,” said Jack Johnston, DMEA/Elevate Chief Executive Officer. How to Participate:
- Join Elevate’s Strava Club: Download the free Strava app and join the “Elevate 15K!” group.
- Choose your activity: Select from running, walking, biking, swimming, or hiking and log the miles.
- Complete the challenge: Track a total of 15 miles in any activity between August 1 - August 31, 2024.
- Win prizes: Fifteen participants who complete in the challenge will be randomly selected to win prizes, valued between $70 - $1000.
- Get social: Share photos, stories, and achievements on social media using the hashtag #Elevate15KChallenge.
