COVID-19 Assistance
Dear Families,
With all local schools suspending classes for the foreseeable future, students are now homebound and very dependent upon online resources. In support of the local school districts, we have created a program that assists families with students in the home with getting a reliable internet connection.
In areas where Elevate service is available, we have suspended our installation fee; it is now frozen at $0. We are also waiving the cost of the first month of internet service. In addition, we are currently upgrading all Elevate customers to our fastest speed, 1,000 Mbps (1 Gig), for no extra charge until May 18, 2020. This ensures you will have enough bandwidth to support the needs of your entire family. This assistance is available to families with any type of student in the home, including children enrolled in a local school district, college students, and non-traditional students.

A full online learning academy for children ages 2-8. You may have free access provided by your local school district. If not, you can get free access thanks to UNICEF by visiting https://www.abcmouse.com/redeem and typing in the code AOFLUNICEF.

Virtually tour museums across the world for free using Google’s Arts & Culture platform; all ages.
National Center for Families Learning
You’ll get access to free online learning courses when you enter your email. Includes regular curriculum, STEM, Spanish materials, and more for most age groups.
- Assistance available to new Elevate residential customers only. Requires a 1-year contract. Installation is subject to the threat level of COVID-19. In the event installations are suspended due to COVID-19, consumers will have the option to move forward with their installation at a later date or exit their contract without penalty. Speed upgrade to 1 Gig in effect until 5/18/20. Upgrade will be re-evaluated at that time if State of Emergency is still in place. Beginning April 1, 2020, basic service is 150 Mbps for $54.95/month. Free month limited to internet service only.
